This heritage listed dwelling will be expanded to increase the existing accomodation through a new contemporary rear extension and separate garage and studio accomodation. The new building is juxtaposed with the original - separated by a double height void and stairwell marking the separation between old and new. The addition of a covered outdoor dining area expands the internal space into the garden courtyard.
